Due to the personalized and custom nature of our printing services, we do not offer refunds on any orders once they have been processed and printed. Each order is created specifically for the customer, and the resources (paper, ink, labor) cannot be recovered.

Quality Issues & Printing Errors

We stand by the quality of our work. If you receive an order with a significant printing error or manufacturing defect that is our fault, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Examples of such errors include:

How to Report an Issue

To report a quality issue, please contact us at gps5620@gmail.com with your Order ID and clear photos of the defect. We will review your case, and if the error is determined to be on our part, we will offer a reprint of the order at no additional cost.
